She has a loose fitting bodice with a contrast ric rac detail at the front, large over size frilled collar and big full balloon sleeves gathered into an elastic cuff. Full gathered long skirt with side pockets and contrast frill at the hem. There is a back neck fabric loop and button to secure and the bodice is lined.
Slightly oversized cut for a loose fit, would fit uk size 10/12/14 depending on how you like your fit
