Refund policy

As all items are made to order I’m afraid we can’t issue refunds. We’re a small business and don’t hold any stock. Please always check sizing before you order so no mistakes are made. If there are any problems with your order then please send me an email where I can advise you on next steps.

If an order is returned or exchanged any postage charges will have to be paid for by the customer.
