Miriam is my fabulously frilly new dress design. She has an adjustable tie at the back waist to pull in tighter if you choose or keep it loose - your choice. The contrast binding gives a great pop of colour and shows of the layered skirt tiers fabulously. She has a frilled neck and sleeve cuff and she has hidden pockets in the side seams.
