Jessie is a perfect all year round dress which looks great in all our fabrics. Loose fitting lined bodice, frilled shoulders and big full balloon sleeves gathered into an elastic cuff. Gathered skirt to mid calf length with side pockets. There is a back neck fabric rouleau loop and button to secure.
