Our fabulously fun, fluffy and frilly Fifi set is made from two seperate garments - a full, strappy petticoat with a deep hem frill and a raglan sleeve over jacket with puff sleeves and a tie at the neck. There are lots of hem frills on each layer to create the fabulous silhouette.
