The Candyfloss skirt is our fabulously fun, fluffy, voluminous, twirltastic skirt with an elasticated waistband.
She is made from metres and metres of tulle, the more layers of tulle - the deeper the colour gets. I've added extra tulle side frills to give even more volume. Its finished off with a contrast elastic waistband.
This is made from tulle fabric so semi transparent. There is no under petticoat or lining.
