Cynthia is a perfect Spring dress which looks great in all our fabrics. She has a loose fitting bodice with a contrast ric rac detail at the front, large over size frilled collar and big full balloon sleeves gathered into an elastic cuff. Full gathered long skirt with side pockets and contrast frill at the hem. There is a back neck fabric loop and button to secure.
