Jessie is a fun and floaty dress. She has a semi fitting bodice with a button and loop back neck opening and 3/4 length balloon sleeves gathered into an elastic cuff. Full gathered long skirt with side pockets and a deep frill at the hem and contrast lilac floral trim.
